Remember you insure against allegations of not that you actually did it, as an intentional act is always excluded on liability, but if you unintentionally cross that fair lending practice line, you will want that coverage, at least for legal defense.

Just wanted to give you all an update, since I started toying with the idea of REI (month ago ish) and joined BP, about a week ago, I have learned alot, but on to the good stuff, no deals yet, (I don't even have enough money or contacts to feel confident wholesaling yet) but I have done this...1. found a two decent potencial investors, (one on BP one CL) I'm in the process of scheduling video conferences with them as I'm out of my target area (Sacramento, CA) for a few months.2.

I don't think tying into drain tile (for instance with a window well project) is needed AS LONG AS you control the water flow above how the water would get down to the drain tile in the first place.My view on that drain tile is that it's kind of a last line of defense - with the idea being that if water does make it down to sit next to the lower levels of the foundation, it can percolate through (below/out away from foundation).
