So they sent me on a bit of a wild goose chase saying I need a plethora of different things and in the end completely retracted all of that when an inspector with more experience was back in the office and I made enough of a fuss.

I guess it's not a huge deal, but I deal with this stuff every day, and chasing old title companies for hold harmless letters is a pet peeve of mine.

This is not  fake this is real.Have you ever seen in nature some tiny bird chasing a bigger bird of prey kicking its A$$ as the bigger bird tries to get away as the small little runt dives in left to right right to left picking at its head like a jet fighter?

Am I obligated not to do this or pay in full and then chase him to provide his SSN for tax purpose?
