I would be very cautious about getting under contract with a "wholesaler" as they're not the end buyer and most of them will only drag you along for the ride and drop the contract once they realize they're unable to flip the purchase contract.

So, I would be very cautious about this rating...it's easy to get an A+ because it's calculated by the BBB computer based on a formula for the number of complaints and the rectification of those complaints.
