I put a SFR on the market week before last and had 10 high quality applications in 4 days (and I require completion of a free application before I show a property).

For one tenant that had a cat (inherited tenant and the only cat I've allowed), I had to soak slab with enzyme cleaner, didn't work well, then soaked in vinegar, replaced subfloor boards upstairs, replace trim all around flooring -- it's a huge undertaking requiring multiple applications.     

I am working with the servicer right now to confirm it can be assumed.

I just want to start cancelling services we had scheduled like painters.

Since a condo would be limited in terms of physical changes, think about what services or experiences you could add like grocery shopping (assuming full kitchen), concierge, driving service, eco tours, snorkeling, etc...

Hey Raja,Assuming your property is in Portland the tenants would be eligible to receive Mandatory Rental Relocation Assistance (https://www.portland.gov/phb/rental-services/renter-relocati...) if 1) you choose to not extend their lease, or 2) you decide to sell the property and have an accepted offer for purchase.

The agent listed on the sign represents the Seller, which means they can't provide full service to you as a buyer.
