Why would anyone share their secret sauce?

"Rich Dad Poor Dad" (One of the most popular books of all time) you will hear this about all of the time.And my favorite "Secrets of A Millionaire Mind" by T Harv Eker.You can start here and expand with other that may be helpful to conditioning the mind in terms if the success you want to gain.

To suggest that realtors have some secret book of knowledge is silly.

In my several decades of investing I have found that purchasing with cash flow as the number one goal and the secret to success in real estate.

They are your competition and don't usually give up their 'trade secrets' (which everybody knows anyway).I once made the innocent mistake of showing my list to a few people at the local REI club...the moochers were all over me.     

Although this career path has great benefits, I dont see my self being able to enjoy nice long vacations, buying a big beautiful home, or repaying my parents for everything that they have done for me growing up.It all began watching "The Secret".

As soon as someone tells you they have "THE SECRET" to this business... and that you "won't have to work" like all the other chumps...RUN!
