These gov bonds are tied to inflation and the rates change only 2x per year (recalculated in May/November), so the current ~9.6% annualized is guaranteed through November.

very true, with inflation through the roof and interest rates going higher it will wipe out the lower class.. which I know at some point they would need to lower rates not counting the resection we are already in "just not announced yet".. but correct it's a gamble
