Today, I got laid off from my electrician job.

Welders, electricians, boilermakers, pipefitters, etc. 

I don't have real estate investing experience but I was an electrician for many years and have experience in different trades as far as my real estate experience goes.

But I have all your email addresses and will be working to setup a hang out the next week or two.My plumber got released from the job unexpectedly and I had to get new bids from other plumbers and find someone that can step in now as the electrician is ready to roll once the plumbing is done and everything has stopped on the rehab because of this.Thank you for your patience everyone - I am excited to learn and take action on multifamily properties.

You will want to have: Realtor, Banker, General Contractor, Electrician, Handyman, Landscaper, Painter, Sheetrock, Carpenter, Roofer, Lawyer, Estate Planner, Bookkeeper ect.... 

The contractor would call me and I'd leave work early, walk throughs with an electrician, give me options that are better and cost effective for renters, etc.

I'm up in Princeton, but I'm an electrician down in the cities.

I already have gone down the road and have licensed Electrician come out and now am talking with a local Real Estate Attorney who has ran into this a number of times in Hennepin county which she says is the worst.
