I would not want to keep it if I was unable to buy a new home in Dallas around my price range.

Found a deal in Dallas that went in with family.

If you put all the wholesalers in your Dallas market in the funnel with that criteria, not many will pass the test but some will.

Curious to hear from some other RE investors, what type of deals have you had the best success with in the DFW area? SFR, Duplex, Triplex, Vacant Lots, Commercial? Fix and flip, BRRRR, buy and holds?

I actually just moved to the Beaverton/ Bethany area with my wife and kids (loving this snow right now we spent 7-8 hours outside yesterday haha).From the Bay Area (Contra Costa), moved to north Dallas for a year and a half and now up here to Oregon!
