Reason being is the loans amounts are often far too small to make it worthwhile to deal with the legal hassles of lending in another country.

I would really like some experienced opinions on whether or not this would be a worthwhile undertaking. 

So it gets down to this... make sure the meeting is welcoming for all... have a good presenter sharing some worthwhile information as a focal point... be in a comfortable location... on a date and time that works.

This is why wholesalers have to know and understand the numbers that their end buyer will be working with or else you'll never be able to determine if you actually have something worthwhile to an end buyer.

If you're just browsing courses you may want to pass, because without work and comittment the course would be a waste of $, as would anything worthwhile.

For me, anything less than 1% return on my investment (12% per year) means that if my expenses are roughly 50% of that, that at 6% per annum I have to determine if I could probably do better in mutual fund with less work and worry or if I think the property is a worthwhile use of my money as an investment.

I think there's ways of making wholesaling clean and worthwhile, and with just a little regulation it could actually be really helpful for people with distressed properties that need a way out, right now.

It will be my first time attending and hope it's worthwhile.
