@Zac Boelkow Yes, there are some variations in peak months for some markets, especially in the colder parts of the country. 

That could certainly be traditional basic key locks, key locks with a master key through a service like LandlordLocks.com, Schlage SmartKey system, or even the more basic, non-smart lock variations that most of the major lock companies offer as a parallel to their full Z-wave/Zigbee variants, often at 1/2 the cost. 

BUT of the tools I have trialed and or used I found propstream.com to be very good.   

As for manufactured/modular homes most areas allow them, and they're viewed the same as stick built if they're on a permanent foundation, not sure there's still a big price variation with them though.
