I want to send two people, either individuals or a couple, to the summit by paying for their admission tickets.

I just created a ticket for my team to rectify it.

Must be why I have had 2 tickets in it in a year and a half, my first in about 10 years or so.

However, any big ticket items such as tub surround, flooring, water heater, and such must be depreciated.

Collecting rent charges automatically that end up in a automatically reconciled income stream in your accounting system makes a lot of sense, even recurring expenses can be recorded this way, all while receiving maintenance tickets on the same app, communicate with tenants and archive lease agreements and any other property related documents. 

I don't know how to anticipate if they do special assessments to cover big ticket items.  

What about big ticket items, roof, ac, furnace etc?
