I mentioned in my last post that having a parking pad was crucial for me but what I didn’t mentioned is that I have plans to add a charging station at some point to be an added amenities for my future tenants and potentially have a vehicle stationary as an option.

The train left the station a long time ago...and the market will most likely continue to appreciate, just not at the same rate. 

I have been fighting this injustices for many years and have been working with a lobbyist to help change the law so that when a tenants contract ends, we just take that contract to the police station and have the tenant removed.A contract is a legal document.

I'm looking to get in the market for cash flow, appreciation is a nice plus but I don't expect it in the area (short/mid term).According to East Orange's land use map the area around Brick Church stop is zoned a "Redevelopment Area" and the area 5-10 min walk from the station is zoned "Medium Density".

The Coast Guard doesn’t normally keep their troops stationed in one area longer than 3-4 years which creates some demand for rentals in the area.

I am in the military so my end goal is to end up buying a property evry time I get stationed somewhere else (evry 1-2 years) I don’t need to find something that is going to have huge cash flow just enough so that I feel safe that I won’t be loosing on my investment. any information or advice would be much appreciated 

Hey Mark,I think the area around the train station will change for the better in the next 2 to 3 years.  

@Joseph Back I spent three years in Prattville, stationed at Maxwell AFB, it seems as if we rarely met young professionals moving to Montgomery.

I was stationed in the San Diego area for five years, and I wanted to take advantage of paying into my own property rather than giving away to a rental.
