she has done no REI before and has kind of got me onboard for advice.It is not a done deal, we are going down next month on a "fact finding mission".

Great information here from everyone, but it appears that Jason Bohan may have left the building . . . hopefully he will come back on board to read the advice you all put your time in to give to him.

This kind of listing is considered the least ethical of listings (it doesn't really do a very thorough job of serving your client) ... which is why you may see a lot of real estate agents saying all sorts of negative things about wholesaling.This doesn't mean you can't do both ... but you will have to be sure that your broker is on board.

I've already met with and on-boarded 6 clients in the last 3 weeks.  

My wife is on board as long as I can show her it makes sense for our future.

I'm hoping once more people get on board, we can do them more regularly and larger in scale.

With more units coming on  board here soon, and with a growth outlook, we need a good online management software that can streamline this process and allow us to scale.Any recommendations for software platforms for our size of business?
