Hey Ab -I didn't look at the site you posted, but given that you didn't mention a location, I'm assuming this is one of those large, national home inspection firms that has has local franchisees.Personally, I'm not a big fan of the national home inspection "chains", as they tend to hire under-educated inspectors, and then just hand them a checklist.

Not to  mention the title chain is full of old quitclaim deeds that would be real hard to clear up and the house is burned out and located in a war zone!  

It then becomes a question of would you rather have them coming and going to get fast food and eat it upstairs and our house then smelling like greasy fast food or would you rather have them cook a meal or join you for a home cooked meal?

Also I know personal deductions have been eliminated, but what about deductions for business expenses like mileage or meals when we take out a client for example?

Comp them something but the suggestion to have a meal on you while waiting is a good one.

then I found out that they had dug a (*#(*(* fire pit in the back yard....they had also installed a latch on a chain on the bathroom door into the master bedroom that tore the molding to bits.

I was just shopping in the grocery store yesterday and saw prices have risen for orange juice 16 cents in the last week.It doesn't sound like much but it all adds up.I am starting to look at what is going to go up at a high rate because of food shortages and climate problems and adjust my meals accordingly.I will still eat those items but in moderation.

I have ran across one dead dog still on chain and another that was almost dead (distemper is what I was told later) they had no food or water.
