I don't have all of the details, but I worry that the management company could be taking advantage of them.I do not have the capacity to get involved and am not educated in this area, but was wondering if anyone has general advice on how she and the other condo owners could best seek to protect themselves and resolve their dispute with the management company?

I am evaluating several commercial real estate deals involving medium size apartment complexes near some colleges.

Also, how much did they charge you to turn these 2 bedrooms units and what was involved in the work?

Some of the costs involved are licensing fees, continuing education, errors & omission insurance, general business liability insurance, increased auto insurance, realtor board membership dues, sentrilock fees, css fees, mls fees. 

The auction company will tell any interested parties that there is already an existing offer and encourage them to offer more.Who knows what this property will sell for once multiple buyers are involved. 

Your purchasing at trustee sale may or may not give you the right to redeem; that is something you should talk with an experienced local real estate attorney about since it typically involves a lot of state-specific law. 

Appraisal: One at 320k and the other one 466k There are potentially 3 people involved in the deal:1- The person who found the deal2- My friend who will buy, sell and take a mortgage on the house3- Me who will put the down payment of 15% ($60,000) and the first six mortgage paymentsHere is the deal: The 2 apartments are coming from a foreclosure, being sold by the bank.
