These jokers are really just Instagram “influencers” hawking poorly written books and seminars - they don’t know what they’re doing.

Where you advertize can influence who you get as a tenant, you can say it has easy access to highways and other things that suggest it is good for commuters (if that is who you want).

@Armand Soto - unless he was driving a house while under the influence, not sure how that affects being a tenant.

However, as I am a huge believer in the influence on people's perception o where we end up t- how do I put this - hmmm...

When getting into real estate it’s easy to get caught up in what the influencers are preaching.

Stated succinctly - Locus of control is the degree to which people believe that they, as opposed to external forces (beyond their influence), have control over the outcome of events in their lives.So many people think that the world has failed them.

However, if you’re just going because of the potential income to be made, you may want to think about that some more.I am a college dropout, I only went because I was under the influence of family.
