Do you want to be the owner of the home, or do you want to assign and collect a one time fee?

We got some good information out of the seminar we went to but without paying the fee, we are not granted any access to the investment info we are looking for.

I don't know this company but if they are asking for up front fees I would NOT consider them. 

If there happens to be one, there is a $500 fee plus extra rent.

It is a Co Op there is no HOA however there is a recurring monthly maintenance fee of $287 per month, the co-op shares which are based on the price of selected lot or home sites current pricing is set at $20,000 per lot, the homes are manufactured or mobile homes new ones start at $100K .......the $28K she is asking for includes both the co op share/lot and home.

It is unlikely that you will get cash damages or attorney fees.

So if you're fine with that extra fee explain that to him.I hope this helps.
