There is a membership fee though, and you cannot search by address - you can search by subdivision though, which is helpful.  

I am also a member of the Texas Manufactured Housing Association mostly out of support for the great work he is doing and that his membership is encouraging him to do.If you want low cost access to reliable information, you should join TMHA.

I just spent the rest of my graduation money getting the BiggerPockets PRO membership and as well as 4 Real Estate Investment books from David Greene, Grant Cardone, Ken McElroy, and Traction by Gino Wickman.

It all depends on the LLC and the membership.

Class A membership is the managing membership, of which I own 100% (I do all of the legwork for the group of investors).

The software offers a way to look up numbers by address but do they CHARGE for it or is it included with a membership?
