Good morning,We are seeking a Broker seasoned in distressed residential investment properties to verify the ARVs of 8 houses we are picking up for renovation jobs.

I missed the furnished rentals talk cause I was attending 'out of state' discussions since we are looking to invest out of state soon.  

We are purchasing a duplex in Louisville, KY with separate garage apartment, and we will live in one unit.

My group is a small boutique RE brokerage (I'm the qualifying broker) and we are a licensed General Contractor.

I haven't looked into contractors yet and we are using hard money.

I'm very much looking forward to leaving the snow shovel next to our trash cans as we pull away.As of now we are looking to do a short term rental or rent to own on Fleming Island.

Anyway, we are looking to BRRR, I have about 5 targets that are in the cheaper parts of the better neighborhoods.

I mean red ink saying " hey I loved the dress you were wearing after you came out of the shower...OK OK OK.. maybe that is a leeeel bit exaggerated.. but my point remains.Just say what you need to say.
