Are there any alternatives to Loopnet for finding self storage listings?

When I say "quality" i mean the quality of the neighborhood, and not necessarily the property.For example I am looking at a property that is being short listed for 20k fully renovated (zillow estimate is 35k) but it's in a depressed area with a few rowhouses boarded up around it, but there is an existing tenant there and the rent, cap rate, and cash flow look excellent on paper.

Being in the STR space, it has been really good crafting descriptions and auto messages that can be used to create a listing on airbnb, your own website and guest communication messages

He is on the super lawyer list and has consulted my family for years on very complicated rental developments. 

Curious how you would market it as a realtor - pitching the track record and even listing?

Pretty much just having them bang that list to see if they want to sell and set the appointment to the seller call to me.

You can go to the permit and get a list of permit fees and how they are calculated.

I am in a time crunch as I assume I can't list and show the property until I have the legal framework established.
