One investor, after reading my business plan, told me to start small and build my reputation around Rochester area then go bigger. 

Profit margins that small are not worth all of the risk.

That's an impressive portfolio for such small time in the area!

The time I spent with the large firm definitely gave me the knowledge I wouldn't have got from a small local company.
