How would section 8 view this?

My question is this, can I deduct my passive losses that occurred in 2017 on my 2017 taxes or does it get rolled over to 2018 because my income is too high?

I don't understand how you can't track them down.You could stop paying HOA dues, and that will force them to contact you.As for the PM, I would instruct them to hold off on painting until the termite issue is resolved, which includes providing you with contact information of the HOA board.

There's not a ton of information about this topic so i'm just curious on how investors are running their comps on their small multifamily investments. 

Is this license state specific (i.e., does wholesaling in Illinois require an Illinois real estate license?)
