I bought out my sister's ownership and renovated the whole property heavily while renting it out by the room averaging $400-$2000/month depending on occupancy rate (later stopped 'multi-family' rental model since against HOA rules and got caught by our president when the number of tenants got out of hand + visitors on weekends etc).

Hello Eduardo, Yes I agree with you , now you do know since the new buyer will own a majority of the condos with the purchase of 9 units and they will take over as president, of hoa, they will control the Hoa as well by owning the 9 units.

You could also rent it for someone's car (some people have one more that needs shelter than they have garages) or some businesses trucks (some towns have ordinances about parking them in residential areas--so they need a place to park--they put their car in during work vehicle use and then swap back).Figure out their alternate options for these things and then find out how much those would cost, and what they offer that you lack and vice-versa.
