The translating is pretty common so that ambiguity may increase our risk, as it certainly adds confusion to the communication process.I am wondering if anyone else does this kind of assigning to retail buyers and if so, their stories?

"Frankensteining" your ownership where one party gave the mortgage and another, the LLC, holds Title, just smacks of co-mingling/alter-ego thus piercing your corporate veil.But, back to your question.

@Carlos Ptriawan starbucks idea is great but I think you need a local to translate - The trend to avoid anything that appears to be redlining also makes investing without boots on ground very difficult.Make trips there and walk neighborhoods.
