When it is patch-able I've paid anywhere from $30-80 depending on size and difficulty.

It saves us the work on the computer running each applicants info and a side benefit is seeing if the applicant if technologically challenged or not.  

I am a licensed agent in New York state starting out to wholesale in NYC boroughs (difficult, I know).

Depending upon your comfort with technology,  I use my PC calendar to create the reminders.The Thunderbird Calendar allows multiple 'calendars' to be created, for which I use each for a unique type of activity:  Home, Properties, Activities(like standing meetings). 

Working full time in the technology field, my approach is to favor a buy and hold multifamily strategy in the Phoenix, Tucson and Nevada areas (focusing on Phoenix initially).  

Work in technology and always had a thing for real estate.

I've never had an issue with this other than the occasional technical difficulty causing a delay for a day or two.
