It ended up taking 4 hrs of our time (including travel time).We will also have to figure out what to charge for the repairs to the door frame once we do that.

My plan is to buy and hold MFR properties and eventually have a portfolio that can replace a full-time income in retirement.Right now I'm looking at investing in the Syracuse, NY area since A) I can afford to buy there and B) my family still lives there, so I have an opportunity to travel back 2-3 times a year.
