The 600 dollar per month tenant will be a pain.

Also the house is metered as  single family so dividing the utilities up is a pain.

Some you cannot resolve and that is when you realize the honeymoon is over and you need an expensive divorce attorney and partnership breakups can be more painful that a divorce.What happens when Partner A wants out and Partner B can't get the cash to pay so they dump the property for a flea market price.

Paying above list is always painful but the market may be setting the market clearing price at a higher number. 

It's definitely a pain if you are buying cheaper houses like I am.
