Hi All, I am stuck and need your help on strategies that have worked for you.

I flipped a condo in Phoenix in a complex I fell in love with. How do I obtain information on the other owners in the complex to market to them that I will buy their units?

@Pamela Sandberg we went WAY over budget luckily the comps kept increasing during our rehab.
