If you want to cloud the title, then you should've got permission at the time the contract was signed.

No lender will give permission if you ask. every loan officer or banking/servicing officer I ever talked to on the phone, or in person, said "no, you can't do that" and in most all of those cases (if that was indeed the proper method to use for the transaction) we did do them and gave notice.

Bottom line, I think it is great to encourage young people to get a head start in the world financially as much as we can.Note that you must be at least 13 years old to have our permission to use this Site.
