It may seem common sense to most, but the biggest question I had was how the month to month lease would work out since it was with the previous owner, but you validated that my thought process was correct.Also a very good point with paying the background checks for them.

After I lodge a complaint with the state AG I'll explore a small claims action.And I like the idea of putting in some sort of pole, maybe a 4x4; upon which I will stencil "Satellite Dish Only".As a side note, while it's hard to beat the excellent cash flow from low-income rentals, the 'intensive management' required really blows.

The current owner has stated that it is a bit more management intensive, however that is why I am going to hire a property manager to hopefully keep their finger on it.
