Not sure what your overall financial goal is, but this is a real estate business you can do from anywhere, rarely are there emergencies you have to take care of right then, and you are geographically free to live anywhere.

Aloha,You are half right...those are important factors, but to really understand what you are getting into requires serious due diligence in obtaining and reviewing the actual governing documents...do not rely on brief listing descriptions that are inaccurate.
