Hey Jean, I completely understand where you are coming from and there is definitely a generic "rule of thumb" people use when looking at new markets, but in Orlando right now it is insane with the lack of inventory and the 70% rule is tossed out the window.

@El Madera the lot rent should be $310 based on the Frank & Dave (MH university) formula. 110*310*12*0.7*10=2.864m However, it is very generic number.
