Auto rent collection is amazing to set up.

I  have 5 different bank accounts for each property and one credit card that I use for all my rental business for repairs, services.When I get rents from tenants, I auto deposit all rent into one account and distribute to each for mortgages, property taxes and insurance etc.

You can wait until your current auto loans are paid off.

My landlord account was triggered and I started getting auto drafted for bills! 

We are NOT in Virginia FYI ahh, if only Florida insurance was that cheapHaha, us Georgians make up for it on auto!!!  

That is well over $40k though I will likely not ever see any of it, at least it was so ordered and a judgement entered.Some figures need to be calculated and the attorneys have until May 27 to meet and confir, then the stay of eviction is auto lifted May 29th so let the eviction begin on that date!
