Self educate on this niche .

Usually the first flip results in education, not profit.And it is grey area, you're right about it.

Did you get a bare-bones policy since the HOA policy "covers everything" or did you get a comprehensive policy?

I end up having to educate them on the illegality of wholesaling in MA. 

Usually a part of a multi level RE education sales program.

I've read all of the information in the educational links and am continually looking to learn but now looking to add action to my knowledge. 

The transition will be slow (we have four kids) and will be primarily education followed by some deal finding.2) We'll add to the real estate portfolio to produce an additional $1000/month in income.3) Continue to educate myself through podcasts and books.4) Be available to answer questions on this platform and through my accounting practice.Happy new year!

I am trying to learn all I can I am literally spending hours upon hours of research each day for the past few months trying to educate my self on the legal aspect etc.
