As being active duty and surrendering an LES service the same ends as a credit check and criminal background check. 

I am not sure we can ever agree on the importance of this bill because of that.While I do agree that people who set up a business operation that includes lending should be licensed and regulated, that is a far cry from believing the government should decide that businesses should fail that were previously following the rules and invested in those businesses in good faith that the government would not decide to destroy them.I have no real sympathy for someone who invests in a criminal enterprise who the government puts out of business because they started a business that should have never been started in the first place.

You need to KNOW what their criminal record is - NOT GUESS ABOUT IT.

The full credit report, criminal/sex offender search, eviction search and bankruptcy search all come directly from the credit bureau. 

We typically like to meet your pets at some point in the process, too.Our tenants’ safety and the peaceful enjoyment of their home is important to us, so we do a credit/criminal background check on all applicants aged 18+.

my pleasure... some of the profiteering I saw go on a few years back was nothing short of criminal in my mind.. 

It's not a hard one, but it makes it very clear that I am checking references, credit, and criminal.
