My problem is with specific idiots who are either too uneducated to get their facts straight or to unethical to tell the truth.I'm happy to go on record saying I like Hannity's radio show, despite the fact that I disagree with him on many social issues.He's intelligent and seemingly honest, and in my opinion, as long ad he is both of those things, it doesn't matter if I agree with him or not.If Beck and Limbaugh didn't make up ridiculous lies and untruths in their shows, I wouldn't mind them either.

What I have done is established my LLC, created a buyer webpage, created social marketing pages, bought ads, bought a new webcam for video blogs and added Wordpress for written blogs to drive traffic to my site, and setup all my business numbers/fax for marketing.I suppose I could just start putting out all my signs and direct mail without the buyers list I am looking for, but I guess I kind of want to have my business in line with the business plan I set up for it.

When I mentioned that having a government agency as a tenant could be a double edged sword it was because I had a deal where the one and only tenant was the Social Security administration.

This has of course let to social engineering of the lending system (quotas, low income credit access, etc.), which has distorted the system, removed the systems ability to take a loss and adjust, and led to the wonderful state of quasi governmental ownership we are in now.
