We use to do a full day workshop about investing out of state or your own backyard and had it professioanlly recorded and edited.

I'm going to give it a shot and make a list from this to see if it works, hopefully it wont be a waste of time, but at least it will be educational! 

Perhaps a weekend workshop could be put on by people like yourself and @Jay Hinrichs and others from BP to help novices learn from real professionals.

Over the last two years, I've referred 44 buyers to NACA.Three have done the free workshop. 

you know....reddit.com stopped opioid prescribing companies from outlawing Kratom in Florida in 2016 and every year since after they discovered the main Assemblywoman against it was sponsored by the Florida Medical Association who had - and it's still on archive.org - registration for an opioid prescribing workshop on their homepage.  

I've talked to tons of people that have paid $10K, $20K, $50K to go to the boot camps and workshops and what I've come to learn is the "secret" stuff they tell you there is the same stuff they say for free everywhere. 

At least...that's how I learned it at the workshop I took at the home depot :)  

It's on a canal to the Gulf 1/3rd acre 500 sqft carport with workshop area.

I charge $25/workshop for this service (optional). 

This was suggested at a REI workshop I attended recently and I am thinking I want to use this for my rehabbing business.
