The news is running wild, speculation is wild, but I don’t think a lot of people are really understanding the fine points and how this will actually go down.

This year, and last, is a wild time to become a new agent, but there are a lot of benefits that come with it, even if you are not making millions in sales each year.

I have a rental in the NY/NJ area and the quotes I get for a small kitchen are wild.

It's the Wild West right now.

I think I remember watching an actual Bigger Pockets Youtube video of a young lady who does this. 

To be honest, on over 100 building permits last year in the City of Chicago, with many of them having some form of enclosed porch, I think only 2 were ever mentioned by the Department of Zoning where they brought it up as a "Concern" which led us on a wild goose chase of finding and sharing information, overally causing unnecessary delay to the permit review process and eventually coming to a close (some positive, some negative).

The kicker is that the HOA put a charge of almost $5,000.00 onto my monthly statement .I called them on it, and the lady says that the board decided that they are splitting the bill between me and the neighbor with whom I share a wall on one side.

Plus their rental projections are generally wildly inflated.

I love Queens and I love New York but some things here are so backwards.It is WILD to look the other way from negative behavior and punish those who defend themselves and their possessions.
