@Marcia Maynard  I have had section 8 in Vancouver WA.. and in all parts of the deep south and rust belt.. probably 200 plus tenants.there is a HUGE difference in the tenant base in those areas compared to where you are..my Section 8 in Vancouver tended to be older widowed women no kids...
