Looking at splits or what not.

If this isn’t your first deal then I think you have an idea of what to or what not to buy depending on how it’s going.  

I have a ton flexibility for moving and what not.

As a travel nurse, you are also having to pay any rent/mortage back at home, while typically also having to pay for your own insurance and what not.

Be careful of REIT's... look up Blackrock for current examples of what not to invest in.

You definitely learn what not to do the next time.

I did make money on the deal but the real value was learning what to do, how to do it and what NOT to do the next time.

I am a brand new investor trying to plan for my first BRRRR. I see hard money as my only financing option, so I wanted to post on here to get any feedback/experiences about what to avoid when doing a hard money BRRRR....

I have had a few people say that they were going to sue and whatnot but it never happens, like ever!

Managing subs all the way like any other thing its hard at the begining but eventually you will build relationships with these contractors.They will know what you expect and what not but if you dont want to struggle at the beginning well go with the GC
