Maybe women as a whole arent interested in these jobs or flipping houses > On my jobs the the women work as designers for the hard surface company.. we have a few women I see working for the sheet rock company doing the fine detial mudding and patch work and well when I was in the logging business one of my loggers his sister ran the log loader and was very good swinging those logs on to the truck..

I think most tenants that come from a shared wall apartment building keep their thermostat in 60's.

Just like two people can look at a Picasso and one is willing to pay millions and the other would rather have their toddler's art work hanging on the wall, a bottle of bourbon can hit different people differently.

Apart from many holes in the walls, the tenant had put screws into all the window frames some of which went all the way through to the outside. 

My family has made quite some renovations in our apartment and can help with the basics, like flooring, walls, and some plumbing, and we have the tolls for that, but for the roofing situation we need someone who knows their stuff.I still need to obtain the blueprint of the whole attic and then scheme it out and dive into the fine details.

Find out if there is a wall with convenient access to plumbing drains. and if that area could work as a kitchen.
