You won't see RE agents parking a big truck in Home Depots lot with We Sell Houses plastered all over it or sending out yellow letters or using bandit signs.

Has anyone out there tried to print out their own marketing message on blank, yellow, no lined index cards and mailed them out?

One guy came in and said that he paid 25k and they told him to call the yellow signs on the side of the road so he did and it was us.

The guy said that he had gotten a bunch of those yellow and pink letters but mine was the only one that looked like a real person.
