Our teacher for the real estate exam class claims that veteran agents usually make around 3 times the amount I'm currently making per hour.I'm not a veteran agent obviously but the point is, if I continue down that path then I will end up in a place where my time is worth 3 times as much as it stands now.

Save that text message or email to the previous tenant, especially if they acknowledge they received the message.I would also take a precautionary measure to photograph where the vehicle is located and photograph the condition it is in prior to the tow.

I was in the Army, and in from Texas, and I have about 30K saved up and had the real estate itch at this point so I decided to buy a home and investment (house hacking) and I don't regret it at all.For you just some key things I would point out is that Texas is an awesome state for veterans in many ways including real estate.

Thank you for the welcome and advice I am going to persue the owner occupied loan, I am a veteran so I’m going to check into using my va loan though it does have certain requirements.
