IF the TK company does not have the people or the mentality to focus in on details like dead rodents and over-grown vegetation next to a property, then they most likely are not paying attention to the bigger issues or simply covering them up.Lastly, you have mentioned on here that you did not think you needed to visit the property (and I assume you have not visited the company in person or their offices) because the point of turnkey is to not have to do that.

She currently has a single wide mobile home that is past the point of repair (will be demolished), the brush (trees, vegetation) is overgrown and needs to be cleared, and she is extremely motivated to sell.I have a few questions:1) The lot is located in a mixed use area, consisting of residential, mobile homes, and a few warehouses.

When we arrived the first thing you see is the property was completely overgrown with vegetation, 2 foot high grass and weeds,  large dead limbs hanging from trees, one even on top the roof.  

.* What draws me towards Airbnb rental properties is the versatility you can charge whether it’s the whole house, separate rooms, and or separate living spaces.

This unit looks to be too far out from any metro area (1 hour is too far to be useful to you) and the post mentions that it hasn't been used for years (vegetation needs clearing too) .
