If they brought up property values in my market place, I would put one on every single one of my properties.The idea that a Realtor would be concerned with a commission check being delayed a couple delays is utterly absurd.  

Thinking that the world revolves around you & all of these other vendors, contractors, Realtors etc are all just waiting around for you to grant them your "business" is utter nonsense.
