I did not know that there was a remarkable difference between primary residence and investment property interest rates.

Most agents are putting in Agent Remarks if the property has flooded or not, but your buyer's agent could definitely find that out for you if it's not obvious.

For some reason that I don't quite grasp, I'm having some remarkably bad luck trying to find a realtor in the Indianapolis area.

If they put the fee in MLS remarks "to be paid by buyer", it means nothing, if there are no other signed agreements.  

I've saved up what I think is a remarkable amount of cash for somebody my age and I have a vast amount of rehabbing real estate and mechanical knowledge. 

That was the last smart remark I ever heard from him about rentals.
