If you want to be a day trader, have at it and invest in towns you've never seen.

It honestly just seems like the rise of social media has people scamming those who don't know any better into buying their courses and ebooks and wasting their time just like day traders and others.

When it comes to buying and selling, I am told by many to enter as a "principal" only and not a broker/trader; and start doing business with institutional investors for a variety of reasons: their immense access to capital, experience, and even some coaching along the way.

Here are the basic facts as I know them.I moved to this part of the country (NW Arkansas) 1.5 years ago following a career on Wall Street as a derivatives trader.

It's actually a very common strategy employed by successful stock traders.  

There is a lot of commercial development occurring in that expo/usc neighborhood- they broke ground on the George Lucas Museum, the LA Football Club, renovations to the Coliseum has begun, Honda is moving in a dealership on King, and the opening of USC Village (which includes Trader Joes and Target). 2.

From mid-level traders to the top, they feel like they are entitled to take hired sedans to work, eat lobster for lunch every day and receive gigantic year-end bonuses.
