Make sure to sweep the back yard before mowing.

I have a separate account for the rent and as soon as they pay it I'm notified with a text message and go in and sweep it out into my expense account.

Super high quality of work, super high prices - 50 yr olds don't like sweeping up....

Landlords need to follow the new law, and I doubt you will agree with that.Another person who is not a landlord making wide sweeping generalizations about a topic with which he has no knowledge or experience. 

Danny Johnson a successful BP member and real estate investor, in his blog article, defines a warzone as areas where gangs, prostitutes, drug dealers, etc. are out of control (or in control – however you want to look at it).Respectfully, I think you are making a sweeping generalization saying anything in Indianapolis all in for less than $35k is in a war zone.  

The sellers did a quick clean up job (debris removal, sweep floors) it looks like, but portions of the ceiling had fallen off, hardwood floors are swollen, baseboard moldings swollen off of walls, etc.  

I was there to gladly sweep up their problem (for a discounted price of course).

The company has undergone sweeping changes in the past 4 months and are almost completely unresponsive to me at the moment.  

We're willing to answers phones or trade our time for knowledge as well whether that be sweeping up after contractors or cleaning out a hoarders house.

When I put a sweep beneath the door it scrapes the floor in certain areas but there is still a gap in other areas.
