So I'm sitting at home on BP surfing the forums checking out the daily content you know the usual stuff and the thought comes to me what would be better to buy a MFR or to build it ?

We also have a surfing event that is now part of the International Big Wave Competition in the  Nelscott Reef Surf Competition.

Instead of surfing the web I surf forums such as BiggerPockets or LinkedIN.

I probably spend at least 2 hours of my day checking Facebook, surfing the web, or watching Naked and Afraid.  

I am currently finishing the Book on Flipping houses and when I am not reading it - I spend all my time listening to podcasts, real estate audiobooks, and surfing BP for knowledge.

I was pushing hard to acquire a residential multifamily before I left so I didn't have to couch surf, but without proof of income and a valid reason to move to TN, I wasn't able to make it work.  

Maybe this a dumb question but I been surfing sites like foreclosure.com and xome.com and it seems like the last 15 comps I did the sites are asking top dollar for these homes.

Will surf the forum for information thoughBrian Kostrinsky from my searches and using the BP calculators to work on the number, i can't figure out a way to cashflow in San Diego county market, even in Lemon Grove, Chula Vista, or National City.

Currently having a new home built in Surf City (my first property) and would love to start networking and learning as much as I can!
