The cash flow is not much, but I do believe the equity will rise and the unit will not suffer from vacancy issues.

The SFR market here suffers for that badly.

But the most important thing is that several years ago, I suffered a stroke, was out of commission for a few months, there's plenty of people out there familiar with QuickBooks that they just came right in, and kept things going quickly.

If I had to do it again, I would have changed a few things... but at least I didn't suffer from analysis paralysis.
